Di Bruno Brothers is in the process of planning a new 7,600 square foot store in Wayne, PA. The store will be a large-scale marketplace, housing multiple merchants and culinary experiences under one roof. The food hall will be dedicated to Italian traditional and culinary exploration giving the community a new place to gather, shop and eat.
The store will share a 300+ space parking lot with the nearby Stafford Shopping Center. The work is divided among Di Bruno Brothers and the building landlord with a total budget of $3M, including equipment.
Watchdog is leading the coordination of both the tenant-fit out and landlord teams, including design architect and architect of record, branding consultant, and refrigeration equipment vendor. The project consists both of a full tenant fit-out renovation and extensive building façade renovations to reflect the Di Bruno Brothers brand, requiring coordination of multiple local permits and approvals.
