Watchdog provided full-time, on-site project management at the University of Delaware. The University needed additional support to execute 10 simultaneous projects. Each project was fast-paced and had to follow all University processes and procedures.
Watchdog fully integrated into the University’s culture and processes to provide support. Our team initiated weekly documentation and reporting to track all critical project activities and avoid any project milestones becoming threatened. Because of Watchdog’s impact on productivity, our contract was extended multiple times.
The work at the University of Delaware centered around several interior renovation projects across the campus. Several classroom buildings received full renovations, as well as multiple administrative spaces and laboratories. These project scopes included electrical, mechanical, HVAC control, and panel replacements.
Our team also oversaw the execution of a rooftop exhaust system as well as a renovation to the University’s College of Agriculture farmhouse.
Work was completed at various times throughout the academic calendar. When the campus was active, our project managers ensured safety standards were maintained at all times.
