EisnerAmper is a one of the largest full-service advisory and accounting firms in the United States. With clients worldwide, EisnerAmper offers a broad range of services with 5 main offices in the US and in the Cayman Islands. When EisnerAmper decided to move their Pennsylvania Headquarters from suburban Jenkintown to downtown Philadelphia, they relied on Watchdog to manage every aspect of this endeavor.

In order to expand their urban footprint and attract new talent, EisnerAmper relocated from Jenkintown, PA into 40,000 SF throughout multiple floors of a Center City high-rise office building. Because the location was a major change for the company and for the employee base, EisnerAmper wanted an impact design for their new space. EisnerAmper relied on Watchdog’s expertise not only in interior-fit outs, but our experience and knowledge of many of the buildings under consideration for this relocation. When the City of Philadelphia ordered construction to shut down entirely, to ensure security for the Pope’s 2015 visit to Philadelphia, Watchdog worked hard to realign the project schedule and finished the project without delay.
