Watchdog worked with Grand View Health to complete a 12,500 square foot out of the ground multi-disciplinary facility. The building houses specialized practices: orthopedics, ambulatory, diagnostic, and more.

The client preferred to work with local consultants, so Watchdog solicited general contractor bids from local firms and successfully awarded the GC contract to a local firm. The project was completed in multiple phases with Watchdog overseeing each phase. Grand View engaged Watchdog early in the process so that our team could oversee the project from concept to completion.

Watchdog worked with Grand View from land development through design, construction, and project closeout. After a successful project kick-off in Hatfield, Grand View hired Watchdog to oversee a 5,000 square foot build-out in Pennsburg, PA. Like Hatfield, it is a “Speed to Market” project and will encompass an OB/GYN practice. Both projects were fast-moving and required intense coordination efforts. While providing Grand View with a single point of contact, we had an entire team dedicated to these projects to ensure 100% client satisfaction is always achieved.
