HIAS Pennsylvania is a is a non-profit legal services firm providing legal, resettlement, citizenship, and supportive services to immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers from all backgrounds in order to ensure their fair treatment and full integration into American Society.
Watchdog was engaged by HIAS Pennsylvania to manage the consolidation of three locations into the Public Ledger Building in Philadelphia, PA. Watchdog coordinated with the building staff to move the client team in phases in conjunction with construction completion.
During the move management process, Watchdog was able to identify three other on-going client projects that had high-quality furniture destined for disposal. Our team stepped in and had this furniture donated to HIAS Pennsylvania. This innovative decision ended up saving the organizaation $200,000 from their budget.
Watchdog provided a full scope of project management and owner’s representation services including: establishing project parameters, construction and purchasing oversight, owner direct purchase contract coordination, relocation management, and organization of all project closeout procedures.
