La Salle University is a private, Roman Catholic university in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 2018, the University began the interior renovation of the first floor of the Learning Commons at Connelly Library. As part of the renovation budget, the University planned to pursue $1 million in public funding from the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) program.

La Salle engaged Watchdog to oversee the complex grant application process as well as grant compliance throughout the project. Watchdog has been working with La Salle as the subgrantee, Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development as the grantee, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Office of the Budget, to apply for and secure the grant, satisfy grant compliance, and ensure full reimbursement to La Salle.
