For almost 60 years, the personal injury attorneys and legal staff at Lundy Law have helped accident victims in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. With their lease expiration date rapidly approaching in 2019, Lundy needed to make a decision of where their Philadelphia HQ would be located. After engaging a local real estate broker, the firm then turned to Watchdog to oversee the project planning and activities, inclusive of budget, schedule, and vendor oversight; overall ensuring a successful project.
Lundy found the perfect space on the 24th floor of 1818 Market providing the team and clients with a variety of city views. They chose to lease approximately 80% of the rentable floor plate at 16,000 square feet. The Lundy Law space is an architectural and functional blend of attorney offices with open workspace concepts and an assortment of alternate meeting spaces. 1818 Market offers architectural character with its waffle deck floorplates. Lundy chose to expose the floorplate and play on the raw architectural beauty, as well as exposing columns throughout the space. To keep your eye on these elements, and avoid getting distracted by other MEP fundamentals, a combination of floating cloud ceilings and standard acoustic ceilings were introduced to keep the look tailored.
