Watchdog completed the renovation and construction of an upscale American cuisine restaurant. The location required a full renovation and transformation.

Our team provided a full scope of project management services. We worked with our client to establish a realistic budget and schedule and ensured that all consultants adhered to the budget and schedule throughout the project. The restaurant features a unique design which required careful oversight to remain on track to meet the restaurant’s budget and schedule for opening.
Watchdog was heavily involved in procuring all permits for construction. We advised on all applications to ensure compliance and timely submittal. We also worked with the project developers to obtain health department codes and permitting.

This client was not familiar with the local area and relied on Watchdog to procure all project consultants and vendors. For each discipline, Watchdog defined the scope of work, solicited bids, leveled all submissions, negotiated contracts and made final awards.

Watchdog acted as the restaurant’s owner’s representative at every turn, ensuring that the final product met the owner’s visions, schedule and budget.
