PMHCC-CTT, (CTT) is a not-for-profit behavioral health case management agency that began when Philadelphia State Hospital closed. CTT provides intensive and comprehensive case management services to persons in Philadelphia.

Watchdog was originally brought in to help with change management for the non-profit staff as they looked to downsize from 30,000 to 20,000 square feet and relocate to a new office space. Our team provided 6 move presentations, created a project email address for move-related questions, sent out regular communication to the staff to keep them informed and engaged, and handled most coordination related to the move.  After seeing the value our team provided, the client expanded our scope to include working with the landlord to manage and expedite the construction timeline when the contractor fell behind schedule.  Our team also managed the procurement and installation of the owner-supplied FF&E.
