Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) is a non-profit public health institute that builds healthier communities through partnerships with government, foundations, businesses, and community-based organizations. Its mission is to improve the health of the community by providing outreach, health promotion, education, research, planning, technical assistance, and direct services.

Watchdog has completed multiple projects for PHMC. Our first project with the organization was a renovation to the perimeter glass partitions of their lower mezzanine lobby.

Our team has also managed renovations for several Community Umbrella Agencies (CUA). For each CUA, Watchdog oversees all demolition and construction, custom millwork, furniture, finishes and equipment as well as any necessary building system upgrades.

Each project is unique but must be executed with the same level of speed and quality. Watchdog provides a single point of contact who manages all PHMC projects, which allows for consistency in results and a streamlined management for our client.
