After successfully delivering the 53,000 sf relocation of Republic Bank’s headquarters, Watchdog was engaged to manage the construction of several Republic Bank retail renovations. Services included:

Torresdale, PA – Exterior and Interior Fit-out Project
Included gutting a previous fast food chain, stripping the exterior, and renovating the site to match Republic Bank brand standards.
Plymouth Meeting, PA– Interior Fit-out Project
The interior fit-out of this branch had to be completed within a three week period. In order to accommodate such a short time frame, Watchdog expedited permits, pre-ordered all materials and closely monitored all daily construction activities.
Philadelphia, PA – Interior Fit-out Project
Mid-way through the project, Watchdog uncovered discrepancies in the floor leveling. Watchdog had contractors level the floor after walls were up to complete the project on time.
Lewes, Delaware – Interior Fit-out Project
Building consisted of Republic Bank’s loan office and retail branch. Several A/V components were necessary in order to ensure Republic Bank was able to teleconference with other loan offices.
Created RFPs for signage vendors and negotiated signage contract. Watchdog managed the manufacturing and installation of new signage at each branch location.
