Watchdog recently completed SERV Behavioral Health’s 26,808 square foot corporate headquarters and clinical support space. SERV’s mission is to support children, adults and families as they work to recover from and cope with mental illness, addictions, challenging behaviors, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The headquarters is located at 3175 Princeton Pike in Lawrenceville, NJ in an old Princeton Press industrial building. The program houses two functions of SERV under one roof: their new business headquarters and clinical space for outpatient services. In addition to office space, the program includes a pharmacy, kitchen, restrooms, program space, and new lift to a second floor.
Watchdog PM was initially engaged by the property owner to assist SERV in selecting the architect and ensuring that drawings were delivered on schedule. Watchdog proved its worth and SERV did not hesitate to keep us engaged through construction. We worked with the general Contractor to shave a month off of the construction schedule while keeping the overall project under SERV’s budget.
SERV provides a remarkable service to a population in need of basic services and Watchdog is incredibly proud to have supported them on this project.
