High-End Restaurant Interior Fit-Out

Watchdog managed the construction of a 4,500 SF high-end Spanish restaurant in Beverly Hills, CA. The owner purchased two adjacent properties which were converted into one restaurant, occupying the first floors of both buildings.

A brick demising structural wall needed to be demolished to complete the design. Watchdog coordinated all construction activities and provided oversight during the demising wall’s demolition as well as the installation of the structural beams which support the two-building structure. Communication is imperative with all project stakeholder, the tenants in the leased space above the restaurant and the city of Beverly Hills.

Watchdog managed the extensive permitting process on behalf of Tatel throughout the engagement. The interiors feature a commercial kitchen, a full bar, an outdoor patio space for patrons, and amenities such as DJ booth. Our team engaged a commercial kitchen consultant to support the design of the high-end kitchen and is overseeing the build-out of all interior construction and the installation of all infrastructure.
