Watchdog is currently working on an adaptive reuse project called, The Grove. The project addresses the functional obsolescence of the existing real estate and brings Urban flare to service an otherwise undeserved daytime and evening population.
The Watchdog team is managing the renovation of a 30-year old retail center down to concrete and steel. We are repositioning the retail center so that it meets current market demands and expectations.
Watchdog is providing a full scope of project management services for this complex project. We are vacating all existing tenants and working with the landlord during the lease up of the new space. Watchdog is overseeing the demolition and reconfiguration of the current structure and building out the new center. Work also includes stripping the current facade to the shell and installing a new, modern facade design. The center consists of two buildings with a combined square footage of 52,000.
When completed, the Grove will feature a wide range of tenants including restaurants, a large sports club, service providers, medical offices and more. The feature tenant of the development is Sly Fox Brewery, which will have a large beer garden with indoor and outdoor space.
Watchdog is managing the interior and exterior renovations for the entire project.
