Watchdog provided full-time, on-site management to the University of Delaware. The University needed additional support to execute approximately 10 simultaneous projects. Each project was fast-paced and had to follow all University processes and procedures, while still offering recommendations for improvement.

Watchdog fully integrated into the University’s culture and process to provide support. Our team initiated weekly documentation and reporting to track all critical project activities and avoid any project milestones becoming threatened. Because of Watchdog’s impact on productivity, our contract was extended multiple times. The work at the University of Delaware centered around several interior renovation projects throughout the campus. Several classroom buildings received full renovations, as well as administrative spaces and several laboratories. These projects included electrical, mechanical, HVAC control, and panel replacements as part of the renovations.
