During the course of approximately 18 months, Campbell’s underwent a renovation and update of all key areas on the headquarters campus in Camden, NJ. The initiative addressed upgrades to finishes, furnishings and equipment. In addition to project management, Watchdog joined the team at the initiation of the project, during the strategic occupancy planning phase, throughout change engagement and communications efforts with Campbell’s internal teams. Communications included townhall-style updates, detailed internal workstream scheduling and executive level reporting. Watchdog also managed the re-use and redistribution of over $1.5M worth of product across 10 Campbell’s locations and more than a dozen charitable organizations.
Project Energy
Our team focused on the headquarters building with each corporate department, in-place renovations over an 18-month duration, multi-phased move activities and the relocation of 2,100 people.
Project Horizon
We supported sustainability initiatives to redistribute discarded furniture, equipment and kitchenware across the company, ultimately reaching warehouses and plants across the country. We are also supporting donations to charitable organizations in collaboration with Campbell’s Community Strategy team. Watchdog managed the re-use and redistribution of over $1.5M worth of product across 10 Campbell’s locations and more than a dozen charitable organizations.
Pilot Plant, Mechanical Shop and Building 81
Provided oversight for the reorganization of the production plant and adjacent mechanical shop. Our team engaged specialty vendors for the move of specialized and oversized equipment, inclusive of the historical original building on campus, dating back to the 1800’s, and addressing modern day challenges within the spaces still utilized today.
Daycare Center
We managed the new out-of-the-ground, on-campus daycare center construction.
Kitchen 1869 and Test Kitchens
Watchdog managed the construction and renovation of multiple test kitchens throughout the campus.

As part of the ongoing merger and consolidations and as leases reach their termination, Watchdog has represented Campbell’s at various locations, across brands and across the country as people and contents shift. Watchdog has managed the move process, communications and decommissioning sites, as needed. This coordination involves the communication and planning efforts across numerous internal workstreams and stakeholders.
Raos-Berkeley
This 6,700 SF project involved the closure and decommissioning of the former Raos corporate offices and involved onsite supervision in collaboration with our Watchdog LA team. We successfully closed this site according to early release schedule, allowing Campbells to capture back revenue.
Raos-Montclair
This 7,800 SF consolidation effort in Edison, NJ includes multiple northern New Jersey locations, consolidating into one office and warehouse site location. As leases terminate, Watchdog is handling all move coordination, communication and planning efforts across numerous internal workstreams and stakeholders.
Pacific Foods
Our team supported the 8,000 SF corporate offices, sales sites and warehouse in Portland, OR.
Pepperidge Farms
This 80,000 SF consolidation effort includes the closure of the original Pepperidge Farms Corporate offices, warehouse, production facilities and company store. Personnel, archival artwork and materials were relocated to the headquarters campus in Camden, NJ. This include furniture, equipment and kitchenware that was distributed across Campbells locations and shared with local area charitable organizations.
