Interior Fit-Out

As a subsidiary of Live Nation, Ticketmaster is one of the best-known live entertainment companies in the world. Ticketmaster’s headquarters had been founded in Los Angeles for the City’s distinctive historical significance as the capital of entertainment. Watchdog was selected as the Ticketmaster/Live Nation project management team in leading the construction of their 97,000 square foot HQ office relocation.

Located at “The Lot” in West Hollywood, a prestigious commercial studio complex, the buildout involved an interior fit out of a newly constructed 6 story core & shell building within the compound. Watchdog was engaged at the onset of the project to assist the Live Nation Corporate Real Estate team with full project management services. This included leading the client and consultant team through an extensive 9-month design and permitting period before beginning construction. Ticketmaster had to go through various rounds of lease amendments and negotiation throughout the project. Watchdog was able to facilitate and assist the Ticketmaster/Live Nation and brokerage team with these lease amendments, all while managing to push along schedule and budgetary finalization.

Our dexterity was evident while creating solutions within concessions between the owner and landlord teams. Watchdog has been busy at work while this amazing project has moved into construction. Our team worked diligently with the architects, contractor, and other vendors to come up with cost control strategies that did not sacrifice design integrity. This was achieved by facilitating several consultant coordination meetings and close communication with the design and owner teams. As weekly progress is being made on site, our team has been collaborating with the project team to finalize all design and technical details.
