The Church Farm School is an independent boarding and day school for boys. Church Farm School prepares a diverse group of boys with academic ability and good character to lead productive and fulfilling lives by making a college preparatory education financially accessible. Watchdog has just completed a $15 million campus modernization plan for the school. The modernization plan consisted of three main areas:
The Buck Family Center for the Arts: A new, out of the ground Center for the Arts, which consolidated the school’s arts program into a centralized, modern facility complete with studios, labs, classrooms and practice & performance spaces.
Academic Building Renovations Featuring Hamilton Atrium: The school’s main academic building which was re-oriented to face a new entrance.
New Entrance and School Safety Enhancements: A new entrance road which created a safer and more environmentally sound campus approach and exit.
Watchdog provided project management for each of these projects and coordinated all efforts across multiple consultants and the owner.
