Consolidation and Interior Fit-Out

Watchdog was engaged by BMG Rights Management, one of the world’s largest music publishers, to manage the fit-out of their 30,000 SF United States flagship office in La Brea, California. Previously operating in three separate offices in California, BMG Rights Management wanted to consolidate all their employees in the area into one centralized office space.

Our team worked alongside BMG to successfully implement this consolidation and fit-out. The new office space features a beautiful communicating staircase with a media wall installed in its opening. Additionally, the space includes a full recording studio as well as vocal booths for artists. Our team oversaw the entire process from conception through completion including managing the RFP process for all vendors, creating, and distributing project budget and project schedules, and providing regular reports to all project stakeholders.

Once the new space had been completed, Watchdog oversaw the move management of 120 employees from three separate offices into the new flagship location while providing weekly change management meetings for all employees. When the previous locations had been fully vacated, our team managed the decommissioning of each existing office space to return the spaces to the landlords in the required conditions.
